SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery and Delivery Costs:

Lead times and delivery times for our products on this website are provided for guidance and may vary due to current supply circumstances and stock availability. Where possible any change to an estimated lead time will be notified to the purchaser as soon as possible.
Please note that our furniture products are 'made to order' therefore our lead times are longer. 
Delivery costs are as quoted upon checkout. We reserve the right to change the prices on the website. The price at checkout is the total that you will be paying. 
For bespoke, made to order, tailor made, larger furniture items (large console table and large coffee table) delivery costs and delivery times are calculated and quoted at the time of purchase unless the time and cost is stated on website or for some products its will be special delivery that will be quoted on an order by order basis.
 
For small textile and décor items, we endeavour to dispatch and deliver between 3-5 working days, this is in addition to any product lead times shown on the website and availability of stock.
For small and medium furniture items, these will be delivered by a combination of courier services and by our White Glove Delivery Courier Service. We will dispatch this within 7-14 working days to the courier, this is in addition to any indicated product lead time and availability of stock. We and or the courier will notify you of a date. 
We do not currently deliver to the Channel islands or outside of England. Please contact us for information.
The customer is responsible for any additional delivery / shipping taxes associated with the purchasing of our products.
If there is a delivery failure caused by you (missed / lack of access) where there is an additional charge involved we will charge you the full re-delivery cost.
